If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase at Kate's Clothing you can return it us and we will exchange or refund it for you. Certain items are cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless in the event of a manufacturing fault. These include tights and earrings. If you are not sure, please check the item description on our website.
Customers in the UK: If you are in the UK we can provide you with a printable label which allows you to return your items for FREE (UK only). Just email us at returns@katesclothing.co.uk with the following information, within 14 days of receipt of your order:

Your Address
Your Telephone Number
Your Order Number (this can be found on the top right of your invoice)
The size or alternative item you would like in exchange (there is no extra postage charge for exchanges) or the reason you would like a refund. (You have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as it's with 7 working days commencing the day after you receive your order. We will allow extra time as long as the goods are returned in a saleable condition.)
We will then email you a label you can print on ordinary paper and stick to the package. You can then post the package back using any Royal Mail post box, however we do recommend you use a post office so that you can obtain proof of postage to use to make a claim against the Royal Mail in the event the package goes missing. If you want an exchange we will also not charge you extra postage. If you don't include all of the information above it will take us longer to process your return. You will then need to return your item within 14 days of receipt of the returms label.
Customers outside the UK: If you are not in the UK, please return the goods to us at the address below, via a recorded service, ensuring you have included the information as above. Please note the free returns is only available to customers inside the UK.
