Hassle Free Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase at Kate's Clothing please return it to us within 14 days and we will exchange or refund it for you.
Customers in the UK:
If you are in the UK we can provide you with a printable label which allows you to return your items for FREE (UK only). Just email us at returns@katesclothing.co.uk with the following information:

Your Name
- Your Address
- Your Telephone Number
- Your Order Number (this can be found on the top right of your invoice)
- The size or alternative item you would like in exchange (there is no extra postage charge for exchanges) or the reason you would like a refund.
We will then email you a label you can print on ordinary paper and stick to the package. You can then post the package back using any Royal Mail post box, however we do recommend you use a post office so that you can obtain proof of postage to use to make a claim against the Royal Mail in the event the package goes missing. If you want an exchange we will also not charge you extra postage. If you don't include all of the information above it will take us longer to process your return. Please return your item within the 14 day limit.
Customers outside the UK:
If you are not in the UK, please return the goods to us at the address below, via a recorded service, ensuring you have included the information as above. Please note the free returns is only available to customers inside the UK.

Please follow the guidelines above, and please follow the extra steps below:
- Make sure your package is clearly marked on the outside as a return
- Make sure that your clearly identify the package as a return on any paperwork you fill in at the Post Office or for the courier
