The sizing for this garment is based on waist measurements in inches, so measure your waist and pick your size. However it is traditional with corsets to choose a size 2 inches smaller than your measurement so that when you lace the corset it actually shrinks you. This is advisable if you want to achieve a tight lacing effect.
