The service on the site is fantastic and the trenchcoat is beautiful, sits perfect and the size guide led me to the correct size, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who aren't able to do their own repairs and/or don't have someone to call on.
See, here's the thing. As often is with low cost, mass produced clothing, the company appears to have attempted to minimize their own costs (to minimize the price of the product) by cutting the fabric really rather close so they use as little fabric as possible. This means that in a couple places I've found that the stitching of the lining is coming undone as there's just barely enough lining to cover the inside of the coat. Also, the strap on the outside breast pocket's going to need a little repair. This is bothersome enough to make me lower it's score by one star, but the fit is just so bloody perfect I can't possibly lower the score further. And besides, since I have to do repairs anyway, I might go ahead and add inside pockets too!

I came across this while trying to find full-length, men's hooded coats for rainy weather. Aside from a narrow range of dusters, of course, this doesn't exist. The package arrived after only 4 days, which was great. The coat itself is good quality, comparable to my other full-lengths from Shrine and Blacklist, and so far is warm enough for the mild fall weather. I doubt it will stand up to any serious Vancouver rain, but I wasn't expecting that when I bought it. There really is an untapped market for rainwear, with only a few items I've found and only in PVC or latex. The only complaint I have is that, even after selecting a size up from mine on the chart, the shoulders and upper sleeves are a bit too tight. This is common for the style though and not worth losing points over. I only mention it in hope that designers eventually realize some people into alt fashion are more muscular/stocky than the narrow ones these are fitted for. All in all, I'm very pleased with it.
