This is a really lovely bracelet, but sadly the fastener isn't very good quality. (It doesn't seem broken which is why I don't think that it is faulty, just a bit of a bad design, which is a little annoying considering how much it costs.) I'm going to take it to a jewelers to see if it can be fixed/replaced.
Also just in case anyone with a small wrist is considering buying this and clipping the fastener onto one of the smaller links in between the bones - this doesn't work as the smaller links are too small for the fastener to fix in. (This isn't a fault, but just in case you were thinking about it.)
