International/Customers Outside the UK Please click here

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it us and we will exchange or refund it for you. Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless in the event of a manufacturing fault. These include tights, swimming costumes, underwear and earrings. If you are not sure, please check the item description on our website. Please also return any Free Gifts you will no longer eligible for. Please also ensure you return any boxed items such as shoes with their original boxes, with a bag around the box. Please do not fix the returns label directly to the box. Customers in the UK:

If you are in the UK we can provide you with a printable label which allows you to return your items for FREE (UK only). Just Click Here for a printable Free Returns Label if you are in the UK.

Please include the following information (a copy of your order or invoice with a note of what you want written on it is the best way. If you need to, you can print another copy by clicking here and then clicking on the relevant order number. You will then see a 'Print Invoice' button.) Please include:
  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Telephone Number
  • Your Order Number (this can be found on the top right of your invoice)
  • If you'd like an exchange: The size or alternative item you would like in exchange (there is no extra postage charge for exchanges).
  • If you don't require an exchange: Please let us know whether you'd like Store Credit or a refund (You have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as it's within 14 working days commencing the day after you receive your order or 30 days if the item arrives faulty or damaged. However, we will normally allow extra time as long as the goods are returned in a saleable condition.) Please also let us know the reason you'd like a refund.
Alternatively you can email us at [email protected]. We will then email you a label you can print on ordinary paper and stick to the package. You can then post the package back using any Royal Mail post box, however we do recommend you use a post office so that you can obtain proof of postage to use to make a claim against the Royal Mail in the event the package goes missing. If you want an exchange we will also not charge you extra postage. If you don't include all of the information above it will take us longer to process your return. You will then need to return your item within 14 days of receipt of the returns label.

Customers outside the UK:

If you are not in the UK, please return the goods to us at the address below, via a recorded service, ensuring you have included the information as above. Please note the free returns is only available to customers inside the UK.

Customers outside the EU (Including the USA)

Please follow the guidelines above, and please follow the extra steps below:
  • Make sure your package is clearly marked on the outside as a return
  • Make sure that your clearly identify the package as a return on any paperwork you fill in at the Post Office or for the courier
