How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. If you need to change anything please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0)121 320 2974 or [email protected]

 

I've given you the wrong address. How Do I correct it?

  Don't worry, this happens quite a lot. Please give us a call asap on +44 (0)121 3202974, if we're not there, please leave us a message and we'll get it corrected. The sooner you do it, the better as orders get processed pretty fast and you'll save us having to dig it back out the postal bag. If phoning isn't going to work for you, please drop us an urgent email to [email protected]. Feel free to do both for good measure.
