Gothic Gifts Phases Of The Moon Cushion With Tassels

The design of this cushion is really cute, but I have to admit that in person the corner tassels look a little bit tacky. I'm considering cutting them off, which is a shame because in the photo they looked like a nice touch! The cushion is also not stuffed as much as I would like, and there's no zip or anything so no way to switch inserts or add any extra filling without seam ripping and re-sewing myself which is a bit much for one cushion imo, though perhaps this is what's intended as one of the seams has a section of red thread instead of black.

The cushion is even nicer that it looks in the photo. The colour is lovely and tasteful ie golden yellow and black, and a nice change from stark black and white. The fabric is good quality and the tassels are an attractive detail. All in all it is adorable and I wish I'd bought two - I 'll have to return for another one (or two).
