I already have the plain black version of this which I love, so had to get this black and white colour. It's comfy and so easy to just put on and look extra styled instead of having to do a hair style. Great finish to outfits. Cheap postage costs and swift order dispatch time, thanks Kate.

my whole order including this headband reeked of mold/mildew and one of the items in my order actually had mold growing on it!!!
i swiftly returned my order for a FULL refund but they still charged me £2.99 postage!! Cheeky Kate! How they have the gall to ship out items that are moldy aka not in a selleable condition is beyond me. Let alone not refund the postage! this is the absolute worst shopping experience i’ve ever had.
i emailed them to ask them to refund the postage as well and Kate replied asking for photos of the moldy items (which luckily i had taken before returning the package), i guess the stench wasn’t enough for them to realise that these items are not in a sellable condition but i digress… i sent a photo of the item that had mold on it and ive not heard a peep back since.
so yeah dont buy from this company because they’ll charge you postage and won’t refund it even if they send you out moldy items that you would have never purchased in the first place 🤮
