A little tight

Fantastic fit, even for larger feet

I was very pleasantly surprised by these socks — a first for me, in that they can easily accomodate a foot larger than UK size 8. They are generously long too, as described. Despite my being nearly 1.8m tall, these easily and comfortably reach up to my knees, or sit neatly in a slouch fold just below them. That said: my legs happen to be somewhat muscular, and I find that I'm probably near the upper limit of comfortable fits for these socks. Folks with largerr thighs may find that a below-knee fit is the more comfortable option. There is some reasonable give in the calves. Overall the material is soft, not especially itchy (even with sensitive skin), and is just elastic enough to stay up whilst not managing to pinch. I'm bowled over by these socks, and can't wait to order another pair or two for lounging in these chillier seasons. They even work splendidly over cycle leggings, providing a little more insulation against cold winds.
