United KingdomI had to exchange for a smaller size, this runs small compared to other Killstar coats in my experience. The exchange was easy and free, customer service is excellent. The fabric seems to be waterproof, it is padded and warm, good quality, smart and practicle with a subtle edge of pentagram detail on the pocket flaps. I like the perfect length ie not too short and not too long. Amazing value, Recommended.
