Manic Panic Amplified Rockabilly Blue

Rockabilly Blue from Manic Panic's Amplified range is a super bright electric blue shade! This vibrant true blue shade gives the most intense results on bleached hair, but can also be used as a tint on unbleached hair.

Manic Panic Amplified formulation is proven to retain colour intensity for 30% longer than the Classic Cream formulation. Manic Panic hair dye has not been tested on animals and contains no animal products.
