Everything has Changed!
Yes, everything has changed, it's not you, it's us.
As part of our commitment to top notch security, we took the decision to move our ecommerce platform to Shopify. We're excited about the new possibilities this brings and we're hugely grateful to those of you that choose to stick with us.
Why can't I login?
In order to meet our commitments to your data safety and privacy we've not been able to transfer your account details. Unfortunately that means signing up for a new account (sorry about that). Your recent order details are currently still held within Paypal so we can process refunds or answer any questions you may have.
But what about my Reward Points?
Don't worry, we have a list of your reward points. You just need to set up a new account on this new platform using the same email address as your old one, then locate the little red "Rewards" button at the bottom left of the screen and join the scheme. Once you've done that contact us to let us know and give us permission to transfer your existing points. We'll be keeping the list until November 2020 so please contact us before then. The points are rewarded almost the same way as before but the new system doesn't award them on any VAT included in the price you see.
I had a Wishlist though!
Sorry, we're working on adding a wishlist function to the new platform but your old one is sadly gone. We'll be making it up to you with some great new promotions over the coming months though.
