Is the quality genuine?

Absolutely. When it comes to alternative fashion, authenticity is everything to us. We carefully curate every item we stock to make sure it truly reflects the spirit of the alternative scene and meets the standard we'd want ourselves. If we wouldn't wear it, it doesn't make the cut.

Is there a real Kate?

There is! Kate started this business over 20 years ago with a love of gothic style, a lot of determination, and possibly too much tea. She's still very much at the helm, designing, writing, and answering emails (sometimes when she should really be asleep). Read more about Kate here.

Since 2004, which makes us one of the UK's longest-running gothic clothing retailers. Over two decades of dark fashion, thousands of happy customers, and we're still goth all the way through.

Do you price match?

Yes! If you find any item we stock cheaper at another authorised UK retailer, we'll send you a voucher for 120% of the differnce. Full details are on our price match guarantee page.

What is your returns policy?

Exchanges and store credit are completely free, we want you to get something you love. If you'd prefer a refund, there's a small £3.99 returns label fee (or you can just arange your own return shipping). You can start a return via our returns page.
