Free UK shipping automatically applies on orders over £50.
General Shipping Policies
We aim to make shipping as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes (except for armed forces BFPO or international equivalent addresses). Your shipping address must be either the address your payment method is registered to, or a verifiable work address.
Most orders are processed during office hours (9am–1pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), when our delivery partners begin collections. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will usually be processed the next working day.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday using credit/debit card or PayPal (instant payment) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
We do sometimes dispatch over the weekend where possible, but this isn’t something we can guarantee.
Please note that some homeware items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may arrive separately.
We work very hard to make sure everything listed is in stock. On the rare occasion something isn’t available, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by email or telephone and sort things out quickly.

Standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or courier (for heavier parcels).
Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days, though occasionally it can take a little longer. Delivery companies don’t consider items as lost until 14 days after dispatch, so we recommend allowing for that just in case.
* Please note: If you use a discount code given to you by one of our content creators, it may cancel out the free shipping, but please just drop us an email and we can refund it if that happens.
Faster Shipping (Urgent Orders)
If you need your order a bit quicker, our Tracked Faster option is a 1–2 working day service, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or a 1–2 day courier.
Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days, but as with all deliveries, occasional delays can happen. Pricing is weight-dependent and shown at checkout.

The following areas may require at least 48 hours for delivery:
Scottish Highlands & Islands:
IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly:

Overseas Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, and you’ll be able to see all available options at checkout once your country is selected.
There is a size and 2kg weight limit for standard airmail. Orders exceeding this may need to be sent via courier, which can be more expensive. In some cases, placing two smaller orders can work out cheaper.
International delivery options include:
- International Tracked: Royal Mail Tracked Airmail
- International Signed For: Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (signature required)
Estimated delivery times:
Europe and the Rest of the World usually take 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Customs delays can occasionally happen, so we recommend allowing up to 28 working days for delivery.
Taxes & Customs
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, you may need to pay import duties or local taxes. These vary depending on your country, so it’s worth checking with your local authorities if you’re unsure.
Please note we can’t mark items as gifts or reduce their value on customs forms, as this is illegal.
The customs process can sometimes cause delays that are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if anything crops up.
