Free UK Returns
Returns are free if you're inside the UK and you received your order inside the past 30 days. If you're outside the UK, please see our Refund Policy for instructions.
Please ensure your clothing items are completely clean, neatly folded and have the barcode visible.
Please be careful to match the item to it's correct garment bag.
Please do not stick anything to the garment bag.
If your item is faulty, please take photos of the fault and contact us below before starting the returns process. We'll then email you back to request the photos and get things put right.
If your item isn't faulty and you placed your order on or after 3rd July, you can use your tracking link to request a return: https://tracking.
If you'd like to return any items ordered before 3rd July (or you're not sure), please use the form below. Please include your order number and details of which items you'd like to return in the comment section and we'll email you back asap with full instructions on how to return your items for free. This is just a temporary measure as we're in the middle of moving our warehouse and will need to check where your return should be sent (either back to us or to the new warehouse).
