Contact Us

We always love to hear from our customers so feel free to send us your questions using the form below and we will do our best to answer them within 48 hours (except on weekends and Bank Holidays when it may take a bit longer). Please do have a look at the following paragraphs first though, as they may answer your question, leaving us with more time to process your orders and returns.

COVID-19 Edit: There are currently only 2 of us working at the warehouse, we're working around the clock to keep on top of dispatching orders and processing returns. We're unable to answer the phone but if you leave a message or send an email, Lanh is working from home and will reply as soon as she can.

Questions about Returns: Click here for Free UK returns instructions. Please allow at least 14 working days before contacting us about returns you have sent to us as they're being held in quarantine and then we're processing the backlog as fast as we can, so please don't worry until then.

Questions about Delivery Delays: We are still sending out all our deliveries on time, however, there are very significant delays in the postal system. This is due to the effects of Covid-19 both on postal staff absences and in terms of increased volume, combined with delays caused by Brexit. If you have received an email from us with a tracking number, then we will have packed your order to be collected by the courier or the Royal Mail the same or next working day. Please note that until the Royal Mail are able to open and process the particular mail sack with your order in it, it will track as if it hasn't been collected (but generally it has). The Royal Mail are currently under immense strain and are working as hard as they possibly can, so please allow extra time, even if it doesn't look like the tracking has gone anywhere or if you've successfully received deliveries from other parts of the country.

Thanks 🙂
