I have bought four pieces from Kate's clothing, each piece more prettier than the other, but unfortunately i had to return two of them, however when i shipped the two items back i made a mistake of placing both in the same package, which later the manufacture counted it only as one piece and not two therefore i was only refunded for one of them. when i contacted their service team they were so helpful and understanding of my situation and they stayed in contact with me for few weeks to sort out the mistake i made, they were so patient and kind about it!

I unfortunately had an issue with my item (the wrong size garment had been put in the Dark in Love bag by the manufacturer) however the customer service team was super helpful, thank you so so much! Will definitely be purchasing from here again :)

First time shopping with Kate's Clothing, and I will likely be back: staff (or may be the AI, who knows) is really on top of questions asked about the products - I wanted to know the fiber composition and got a very precise response fairly quickly. Check out was painless despite me refusing to use PayPal or other tools, and shipping was pretty quick too. The only thing I noticed, was that the plastic bag the item was wrapped in had been reused multiple times - I'm not mad about it, we have too much plastic anyway, it's just something I noticed (and not in a negative way).
Over all I had a very good experience and am happy to recommend shopping here.

Kates Clothing has been a staple in my sourcing alternative clothing since I was a teenager, As I enter my third decade on the planet that hasn't changed.
Kate sources the most wonderful varied collection of clothing and is very fair on prices and even in clearance is always lovely mark downs.
Shipping is always super duper fast and sending back pieces that don't fit or not quite right is stress free too :)
