Delivery Delays

We are still sending out all our deliveries on time, however, there are very significant delays in the postal system. This is due to the effects of Covid-19 both on postal staff absences and in terms of increased volume, combined with delays caused by Brexit. If you have received an email from us with a tracking number, then we will have packed your order to be collected by the courier or the Royal Mail the same or next working day. Please note that, until the Royal Mail are able to open and process the particular mail sack with your order in it, it will track as if it hasn't been collected (but generally it has). The Royal Mail are currently under immense strain and are working as hard as they possibly can, so please allow extra time, even if it doesn't look like the tracking has gone anywhere or if you've successfully received deliveries from other parts of the country. 

Please allow plenty of extra time. If you still haven't received your order after 10 working days (or 3 working days for Special Delivery), please use our contact us page to let us know. We really appreciate your support during these unprecedented times. Please rest assured that we care deeply about our customers and are doing whatever it takes to fulfil all our assurances.
