I just love these shoes! They are a bit big but I think a smaller size would have been too tight. They look even better than the picture because the black part has a texture to it that makes the shoe have a slight sparkle. They aren't very comfortable but today is my first day of wearing them so I'm sure they need to be worn in a bit.
About the store experience: Communication with Kate was excellent and I will be shopping for clothes with her soon. The shipping was great also.
