How to Claim your Offer: To get your 3 for the price of 2 offer you will need to add any 3 eligible items to your cart (you can mix and match) and then apply the code at the checkout stage (Please note: If using express checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal etc.) you’ll need to ensure your free item shows in the basket and the 3-for-2 discount appears before payment. If you don’t see it, switch to the full checkout view to apply your code - or place the order and email us afterwards to refund you for the free item(s).). The cheapest of the three items will then be free! You can also add 6 eligible items and get the 2 cheapest ones free (after you apply the code at checkout) and so on (it's always the cheapest items in your basket that will be free). If you want to maximise your discount across 6 or more items with different prices, it may be worth making multiple orders.
Returns for Orders with a 3-for-2 Offer
If your order included a 3-for-2 promotion, please note how returns are handled:
• Returning only the free item
There is no refund value for the free item.
You are welcome to:
– Exchange it for another eligible item, or
– Receive store credit to use on any eligible items (valid for an extended 6-month period).
• Returning one or more of the paid items
If you keep the free item but return the items that earned it, your refund will be adjusted.
Refunds will only cover the difference in value between the returned item(s) and the free item.
You can also choose an exchange or store credit (valid for an extra 6 months).
• Returning all three items
If all items from the offer are returned, we will refund the full price of the two paid items.
Why do 3-for-2 returns work this way?
Because the offer gives you one item completely free, any returns need to be recalculated as if the promotion hadn’t applied. This makes sure the offer is fair for everyone, and it keeps the discount valid for the items you keep.
We’ll always make it as easy as possible - you can choose a refund (where applicable), an exchange, or store credit with an extended validity period.
