How to Claim your Offer: To get your BOGOHP offer you will need to add 2 eligible items to your cart and then apply the code at the checkout stage (the main Shopify checkout only - unfortunately the codes don't currently work with express checkouts). The cheapest of the two items will then be 50% off! You can also add 4 eligible items and get the 2 cheapest ones at half price (after you apply the code at checkout) and so on (it's always the cheapest items in your basket that will be half price).
Special Notes on Returning BOGOHP Items: If you need to return any items from an order that included a BOGOHP offer please bear in mind the effect that it will have on any refund:
- If you return only the half price item then you will only get the amount you paid for it refunded (i.e. 50% of the original price). However you can exchange it for another eligible item or you can get a store credit valid to the full price to use on items with the same eligibility criteria (except for the deadline, which we'll extend for 3 months).
- If you return only the item which earned you a 50% off item item, then any refund will only be for the difference in price between that item and the full price of the 1 you got at 50% off. Alternatively you can exchange it for another eligible item or you can get a store credit to use on items with the same eligibility criteria (except the deadline which we'll extend for 3 months).
- If you return both items then the full amount you actually paid will be refunded.
