If something’s not quite right, we’ll help you sort it quickly.
Just fill in the form below so we know what you’d like to return and how you’d like us to handle it.
Before you start
- UK customers: Free returns are available for exchanges and store credit. Refunds can use our label with a £3.99 deduction, or you can arrange your own return.
- International customers: You’ll need to arrange your own return shipping. Please make sure your parcel is clearly marked as a return on customs paperwork.
Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll email you with the next steps.
Returning your items
To help us process your return quickly:
- Please make sure items are clean, unworn, and neatly folded
- Keep items in their correct garment bags or boxes
- Please don’t stick labels or tape directly onto product packaging
If your return means you’re no longer eligible for a free gift, please include that too.
Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please let us know in the form and upload a photo if you can. This helps us sort things out much faster for you.
Processing times
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them.
During busy periods, this can take a little longer, so we kindly ask you to allow up to 14 days from when your return is delivered before getting in touch.
