I have bought four pieces from Kate's clothing, each piece more prettier than the other, but unfortunately i had to return two of them, however when i shipped the two items back i made a mistake of placing both in the same package, which later the manufacture counted it only as one piece and not two therefore i was only refunded for one of them. when i contacted their service team they were so helpful and understanding of my situation and they stayed in contact with me for few weeks to sort out the mistake i made, they were so patient and kind about it!
I've been buying from Kate's Clothing for ten years and everything I've bought has been beautiful and great quality. It's my go-to if I ever have money to treat myself with!
Love love love this dress!! The material is really soft and it gives a really snug yet comfy fit. The only negative is that I can't get the back zip up on my own 🤷🏼♀️🤣
Love, love, love this cardigan. Its now my favourite item, feels snug and is finally the perfect length for my arms and works so well as a mid season overlayer. Best buy I've made in years
I unfortunately had an issue with my item (the wrong size garment had been put in the Dark in Love bag by the manufacturer) however the customer service team was super helpful, thank you so so much! Will definitely be purchasing from here again :)
