I have bought four pieces from Kate's clothing, each piece more prettier than the other, but unfortunately i had to return two of them, however when i shipped the two items back i made a mistake of placing both in the same package, which later the manufacture counted it only as one piece and not two therefore i was only refunded for one of them. when i contacted their service team they were so helpful and understanding of my situation and they stayed in contact with me for few weeks to sort out the mistake i made, they were so patient and kind about it!

Love love love this dress!! The material is really soft and it gives a really snug yet comfy fit. The only negative is that I can't get the back zip up on my own 🤷🏼♀️🤣
