Firstly, this dress is absolutely beautiful and totally romantic goth perfection. It's high quality, comfortable, dramatic, full of detail and makes me feel like I should be reading tea leaves in an exquisitely dilapidated Victorian greenhouse, surrounded by the fragrant and poisonous plants I've nurtured and left to overgrow all around me.

Just one issue: very itchy, scratchy, horrid lace on the collar. I was determined to keep the dress and find a solution so I did as follows: carefully cut off all the little excess raggedy bits from around the lace, put fabric conditioner on my fingers and rub, rub, rub between my fingers all over the lace repeatedly, rinse and wash out the fabric conditioner with warm water, hang to dry. It worked! No more itchy lace!
