I bought this dress for a Dickensian Christmas carol show in London and I had loads of compliments about it. I am normally a size 10 but I am quite busty so I had the large in the end that fitted perfectly. It feels very sumptuous and a good heavy weight.
I put my winter Emily strange beanie in a safe place......now I can't find it anywhere sooo annoying! Saw that Banned had issued 2 new stretchy beanies and as I love bats, this one was right up my street! Edgy zip, chain punk patch effect with little pointy bat ears and wings means effortless cover up of gross post operative hair (yeuch!) and slap on the bright red lippy armour plating. Amazing 🤩
Fed up with lazy types making a drink then dumping dirty spoon on worktop or putting it in sugar bowl! Keep leaving splotches and then moaning about staining so got a 'Witches Brew's tea spoon rest, smaller than I thought it would be but hopefully does job! No hassles as ever with this company
I love this dress! It has that gorgeous Victorian / burlesque kind of vibe to it which I adore, I'm a UK12 38 bust and hips and 30 waist and the L fits really well and I can fasten the laces tighter for a great fit. I probably could have got away with M but didn't want to risk it as I find that Punk Rave runs pretty small, but I'm perfectly happy with the fit of this dress. It's very lightweight yet pouffy :) and the lace is very soft and not at all scratchy. I do think that the cameo is a bit cheap looking but will carefully remove this and if it looks as though it "needs" something I have plenty of nice brooches that would work.
These leggings are so comfortable, fit so well and are excellent quality. I've bought a number of killstar items and am never disappointed.

I was desperately seeking a top that looked **** without being **** and something that had long sleeves that I could wear under short sleeved tops or dresses without looking like a 90's skater kid or simply to wear under a waistcoat or corset and it had to be....cheap! Purses are under pressure again....I wasn't sure about the red/black ombrey mesh but it looks far better in the flesh so to speak, the red misty mesh is actually very subtle. Top is a great fit without being so tight that I'd look like a human haggis. Looks really good with the Gloomara skirt (even though I didn't get it for that!) and a velvet corset top and will prob look great with camo combats or red tartan leggings with 3 row ring belt l or a tartan mini skirt or skort/hot pants. I am totally chuffed with my purchase and the usual, amazing customer service provided by Kate's - keep it up! Happy New Year!

I bought this as a joke/hint Xmas Present for my scuzzy, twenty-something eldest. If you are brave enough to open his door then you are hardier than myself or my hexband, human flesh has been known to bubble and melt down from the dreadful odour of....death & decay. I was completely flabbergasted that he knew how to rig up a reed diffuser without breaking it or damaging himself or his room but best of all.....once the veil lifted due to a rose-like aroma...shock, horror I saw my handsome, smiley, good natured son in his natural habitat. I will definitely get him another (just need to get the Flymo Ultra out to tame his Billy Gibbons Beard..)
I am very short in stature and have been looking for a long/maxi skirt for ages that doesn't make me look like I've stolen Mummy's clothing for dress up time.... Yeah! Enter Gloomara . . Stretchy ruched material gives a gothy rock look and a faux leather waistband and some strapping hardware make it a great item for day wear with maybe a sheer shirt and waistcoat/corset and evening could be worn with semi transparent bodysuit and corset belt and **** platform boots. Skirt is comfy, I bought a size M as I am somewhere between a small and medium (I am a rectangle shape lol). I'm glad I bought this as it looks fabulous on, customer service and delivery was perfect as ever.
My order arrived surprisingly quickly. I've been excited for both the boots and the lipstick. Everything was like described and more. Another happy and definitely returning shopper here!
