Thanks for taking a moment to answer, I really appreciate it.
I’m trying to find a balance that feels fair, while still being sustainable for the business long-term, so honest feedback like this is incredibly useful.
If you’re happy to share - what would make this work better for you? Would a lower return fee (e.g. £2.99) make a difference? If you’d like to share a bit more, you’re very welcome to leave a comment below or email me at kate@katesclothing.co.uk - I do read everything.
As a thank you, here’s your code for £10 off (min. £50 order value):
Thanks again,

I think that a lower minimum order for free shipping would be good, say £30-40? Otherwise the rest seems fine.
I was thinking free delivery on orders over £40 – sometimes £50 is hard to reach if you’re just getting a few bits and bobs, rather than an item of clothing or shoes x
I absolutely agree with Heather on all points. She Meatloafed me lol. With all online purchases, I often add a few things to basket, get to checkout and then abandon when there’s shipping charges. I think lower free delivery? £30? Or even some companies offer £10/£15 for free delivery for a year? EMP is £9.99 a year for free shipping.
I hope this helps & keep up the good work.

For me free returns are essential when ordering clothing or footwear. It is the first thing I look for when ordering from an online company.
Hiya,
Personally, not just with yourself but with many companies, I often add a few things to basket, get to checkout and then abandon when there’s shipping charges. I think lower free delivery? £30? Or even some companies offer £10/£15 for free delivery for a year?
